Signode’s Grippack 114 Tensioner is a battery-powered, pusher-type steel strapping tool designed for 3/4 to 1-1/4 inch straps. It is considered as one of the most powerful battery-powered steel-strapping tool, as it can generate adjustable tensioning force in the range of 800-1,500 lbs. It is the perfect, cost-effective and easy-to-use alternative for pneumatic tensioners that offer an equivalent tensioning force. It weighs just 8.5 lbs and provides high level of mobility too.
This reliable sealer from the Grippack Family is a pioneering battery-powered tool designed for high-tensile steel strapping of width 1-1/4 inch. It is powered by the latest-technology lithium-ion battery that helps in completing between 200 and 300 seals per charge. It delivers a double reverse notch seal in a quick and smooth manner.
The Grippack 114 Sealer weighs just 8 lbs. and when used with the tensioner from the same series, it makes strapping applications much easier and mobile. Its special sensor will detect the steel strap and ensures that there is no misfire. The steel strapping tool is capable of completing up to 240 single notches on a charge.
The Grippack Cutter is the only battery-powered cutter in the world that is made for both plastic and steel strapping. It can be used to cut steel or plastic straps of width up to 1-1/4 inch. It weighs just 7.5 lbs. and can complete up to 240 cuts on a single charge. It is designed to increase productivity, safety and mobility. This cutter is capable of cutting up to 2 pieces of steel/plastic straps of width up to 1-1/4 inch.
The Grippack Family cutter has two modes:
- For tensioned straps (for operator safety)
- For non-tension straps (for optimal speed)
