Signode BXT3 Battery Powered Plastic Strapping Tools
The Signode BXT3 is a battery powered strapping tool series designed for applying poly strapping of different width. It is available in two versions to address different strapping needs. This new series of battery tools improves on the proven, successful BXT2 series. These are powerful yet lightweight poly strappers that make strapping easier, faster and more efficient.
The new battery powered plastic strapping tools feature an elegant display screen that provides key info. The tensioning forces and weld can be adjusted. The Signode BXT3 can also be easily switched between automatic and manual modes.

The automatic mode in this battery powered strapping tool series allows you to pre-set the tension. When the tool pulls to this tension, it automatically welds and cuts the strapping. It has a safety mechanism that ensures that the tool is not removed unless the weld has cooled down. Once the strapping is welded, the tool’s mechanism counts down to zero and then emits a ‘beep’. The operator can then remove the tool safely.
